2020 trainee positions

Great support, excellent training, early responsibility, and fascinating clients; these are just some of the many factors that help to make KPMG in the Channel Islands an award winning employer. From day one you will get plenty of exposure to clients and challenging projects that will help you develop the skills you need to succeed as a professional. We’ll support you every step of the way and give you high-quality training both in technical areas and soft skills, including effective studying techniques.

A trainee in their second or final year will act as your mentor, guiding you through your first few years, whilst your Performance Manager will take direct responsibility for your development. In addition, an Executive Director will supervise your long-term progress to ensure you’re realising your full potential.    Your development programme will reflect your individual needs, take account of your strengths and place emphasis on the areas that you need to develop most. You’ll be able to use the skills you acquire both in the work environment and across other aspects of your life too.

Are you going to graduate or finish your A-Levels or equivalent qualification in Summer 2020 and ready to join in August?

We want to hear from ambitious, innovative students who have a clear ambition to succeed in a challenging environment that offers reward and continual development and training. Our entry requirements are 5 GCSE's (including English and Mathematics) with grades A-C (or equivalent), 112 UCAS points and a 2:1 degree or higher (if you're a graduate). We offer training contracts in audit, tax and advisory to exceptional students and are accredited training providers for ICAEW and ACCA.

Please note start date for this is 17 August 2020.
